Simulator ManPAD - Missile
Description
Shoulder-launched, man-portable ground to air missiles are a serious threat to helicopters and other low flying aircraft which support ground operations on a regular basis. The ManPAD-Simulator is ideally suited to train pilots in their awareness of this threat. The ManPAD-Simulator can be used: - as a single-shot Stand-Alone Simulator, - as a multiple-launch device, remote-controlled by Chemring´s PDA, - as an add-on to any MGSS, DIFCUE or LGSS using an adapter to launch the ManPAD-Ammunition. The ManPAD-Simulator can also be adapted to Anti-Tank-Weapon-Simulators and to MLRSLaunchers to make them detectable for target acquisition in a Force-on-Force-Training scenario.
